Its a baby!

This little man makes me feel so clever. I know people have babies all the time, but this is the first one I ever made and he is pretty great!

Knitted Jacket

Yay! I finished a knitted thing other than booties! I have been making this little jacket for a few weeks now and have finally finished it. Its called a ballerina top, but I am sure my boy won't mind. It is made from dream time baby wool so should be nice and warm.

I have no clue if it will fit him. I think it will be a little big. I am sure that tiny babies grow quite quickly so I won't worry. It looks like it will fit him doesn't it?

I have another knitting project off the needles and being sewn up so all going well it will be done soon too.

Delicious Crochet

I have seen these ripple rugs all over the internet on peoples blogs for a long time. Here is a shot of my version, using up all the little bits of yarn you end up with. It is very addictive and is being made with the intention of being used for baby. Less than two weeks to go on that front. I am just so excited!
