I bought a sewing kit for my busy boy and he has just made the little bag decoration! He had a great time and I think we will have to do more in the future. It came with small holes and a blunt plastic needle. If I were able to find a small hole punch he could design his own stuff and I could use make the holes for him. Now to find a small hole punch that can do felt.

All the small people here have had excess energy today while I have none! As it often goes I have been trying to keep them busy without being destructive. A tall order sometimes. We have all just made treasure chests and thought we would share so you can too! Ours are now full of good stuff and are being hidden in the back yard as I type.
Click the link to download the pdf. Print on card and cut out. Score everything that folds, fold and glue/sticky tape and cut a slit for the closure. Almost instant treasure hunts!

Deaddy bears, goulish girls and crochet eye balls are among the dreadful delights that will be available for sale at the Halloween Market. I will also have toys of the less gruesome variety as well and patterns, jewellry, decorations and more! There will be yummy food and lots of great things to see, so if you are in Adelaide on the 24th of October then come visit!

I always love finding free printables on the internet, and so as part of my preparation for the Halloween Market later this month I am sharing some Halloween bunting I have made. I love bunting as you might guess from looking at my house or one of my market stalls. Paper bunting is so cheerful and can quickly change the feel of a space.
